SOLAI is an up and coming artist. She has been a choreographer, singer-song writer, and musician since age 8, having practiced the violin and piano, and participating in choirs, musical theatre and dance teams. She seeks to merge both old and new sounds drawing inspiration from soul, r&b, hip-hop, and electronic music. Her Afghan heritage heavily influences her ear for deep percussion and international sounds. Her natural spontaneity and raw movement mixed with her musical influences transcend conventionality and call us to feel deeply.
